Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Monday Friday - One or two weekends a month for Call (Ok to present for 2 weeks per month or full time) - 7:00am-5:30pm Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days: - Every Wednesday 8:00am -5:00pm In- Office Clinic - Every 2nd Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm Telemedicine Clinic - Every 4th Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9:00am) Schedule: TBD Work Details: - Support Staff: unknown - Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time until they find a permanent provider - Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients - Patient Population/Age: adult - Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances - EMR: Cerner - Special Procedures: TBD - Skills Required: TBD Practice Setting: - Hospital - In-Office Clinic Requirements: - Board Certification: BC or BE required - License Required: AZ Licensed, will look at IMLC - DEA: AZ registered - CSR: Not required - Certifications Required: ACLS - Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
