Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift Details: * Monday Friday: 7:00am-5:30pm (Cath Lab at the Hospital) * Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (In-Office Clinic) * Every 2nd Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (Telemedicine Clinic) * Every 4th Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (In-Office Clinic, first patient at 9:00am) Work Details: * Coverage Needed: Full time until a permanent provider is found * Patients per Day: 20-22 in Clinic; Cath Lab consults 3-4, EP cases 4-6 * Patient Population: Adult * Department: Cardiac Electrophysiology (heart rhythm disturbances) * EMR: Cerner * Hospital Bed Size: 268 Practice Setting: * Hospital * In-Office Clinic Requirements: * Board Certification: BC or BE required * License: AZ Licensed or OK to license * DEA: AZ registered * CSR: Not required * Certifications: ACLS * Experience: Minimum 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
