This position involves managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Controller will collaborate with various departments to drive financial strategies, optimize processes, and support overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee financial planning models, budgets, and forecasts, Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Cost Management and Optimization: Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and treasury functions to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Optimize working capital and liquidity to meet the company's financial obligations.Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with senior management to evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives and investment opportunitiesRequirementsBS Degree in Accounting or FinanceManufacturing Accounting and FP& A experienceERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards)CPA highly preferredJob typePerm
