Key Account Representative/Sales Support

TEKsystems has an exciting new position for a Key Account Representative with a national apparel company. Please apply if you have prior Microsoft Excel experience (formulas, pivot tables, sorting/filtering) and are looking for your next administrative/sales support role!

Description:

-This position involves supporting the sales team, entering orders, and managing inventory/shipping for products that are technically "out of stock" but still have a small amount of inventory remaining. The sales team sells these products to retailers and this key account representative position is responsible for handling the logistics of shipping those items, making sure there is enough in inventory, and applying different discounts for different products.

-There are no actual sales duties in this role, it is administrative/client support.

- Work with wholesale team, supporting retailers and clients purchasing leftover inventory.

- Work directly with EDI software (SPS commerce) ensuring accurate and timely orders, management, and shipment of products

- Managing an order book through Excel

- Receive incoming calls from clients (often procurement teams) and sales team

- Processes orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives

- Communicates order book status to sales in form of weekly, and monthly reports

- Partners with Customer Financial Services to release orders for processing as needed

- Communicates with DC to ensure accurate and timely shipping

Hybrid role, 8am-5pm M-F, on-site once per month in Broomfield, CO, otherwise fully remote.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros) experience required.

2+ years in a sales support role

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
