You will call existing customers on behalf of our clients to renew and expand the service relationships. Reporting to a sales manager, you will have an assigned territory and develop an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings. You Will:
  • Execute sales motions at scale to reactivate previously spending accounts while delivering value to a large-scale customer base with strong efficiency to maximize impact
  • Ongoing, strategic account management, fostering strong client partnerships, and implementing effective business strategies to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your business portfolio leveraging various tools and processes
  • Drive reactivation against new spend goals for former customers that are no longer spending
  • Manage new relationships with former customers to reactivate and grow revenue in strategic product areas
  • Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field
  • Use a multichannel approach and organize online meetings to establish business communication with clients (emails, phone etc.)
  • Use a consultative approach to determine client's goals and offer the most appropriate marketing optimization tips to address their needs
  • Educate clients on their opportunities and translate their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies
  • Serve as point of contact for the clients in your portfolio, investigate and deliver proper recommendations/solutions
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures.
  • Achieve quarterly based sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')


You Have
  • The ability to work in a hybrid model spending 2-3 days weekly on-site in Farmington Hills, MI.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and sales pipeline.
  • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is required.
  • Knowledge of how to drive a value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing
  • Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer investment over time
  • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in dynamic atmosphere.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Experience working with CRM or similar.


  • Preferred:
  • 3+ years experience in Sales with Digital or Social Media Sales and/or experience in a customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sector
  • Experience in customer retention or reactivation with business clients
  • Proficient in the needed language + English language
  • Ability to work in fast changing dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills
