Our Elite Human Resources Company has a long history of hiring engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a bilingual Spanish human resources (HR) manager to continue this tradition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve employee relations, workers comp, handling complex disciplinary actions and terminations, handbook compliance and design, Compliance with Labor laws, and Performance Management. We’re eager to find a human resources manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.
FULL TIME
SALARY: 55,000-65,000 determined after formal interview.

FULL TIME

Responsibilities
- Support departments in in handling complex HR issues and employee relations
- Resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors
- Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in all functions of human resources (State and Federal Labor Laws, Benefits, payroll, Paid Leave, Workman’s Comp, Onboarding, etc.)
- Bilingual Spanish
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
- SHRM or similar certification
- Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds
