Position descriptionAttending Child and Adolescent PsychiatristThe Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco invites applications for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Attending Psychiatrist. The positions will be filled at the Instructor to Full Professor level in a series commensurate with experience, with an anticipated start date of July 2025, or thereafter. Qualifications Physician applicants for the Attending Psychiatry positions must be board certified/eligible in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry; licensed to practice medicine in California at time of appointment; and, have demonstrated clinical and educational experience in child and adolescent psychiatry. Demonstrated ability and devotion in teaching and clinical supervision Demonstrated interest, commitment, and cultural competence in working with culturally diverse patient populations Interest in and willingness to support clinical research activities and a strong interest in producing scholarship Applicant(s) materials must list (pending) qualifications upon application submission. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $102,600-$309,800. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
