Position descriptionAttending Child and Adolescent PsychologistThe Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco invites applications for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Attending Psychologist. The positions will be filled at the Instructor to Full Professor level in a series commensurate with experience, with an anticipated start date of July 2025, or thereafter. QualificationsPsychologist applicants for the Attending Psychologist positions role must have completed a PhD or PsyD; both pre- and post-doctoral training in child and adolescent psychology or a related field; licensed to practice psychology in California at time of appointment and in good standing; and, have demonstrated clinical and educational expertise in child and adolescent psychology.Demonstrated ability in teaching and clinical supervisionDemonstrated interest, cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and families from different racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, linguistic, gender, sexual orientation, and religious backgroundsInterest in and willingness to support clinical research activities and demonstrated contributions to scholarly or creative activitiesDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Applicant(s) materials must list (pending) qualifications upon application submission.
