Position descriptionAttending Psychologist - UCSF Health UCSF Health is currently recruiting for a psychologist position in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. This position will be filled in a rank and series commensurate with experience, with an anticipated start date of March 1, 2024 or thereafter.Qualifications PhD in psychology or equivalent, postdoctoral training in psychology or equivalent, and licensed to practice psychology in California at the time of appointmentDemonstrated clinical, educational, and administrative skills with a strong commitment to an academic career as a clinician-educatorDemonstrated cultural competence in working with underserved and culturally diverse populationsApplicant's materials must list (pending) qualifications upon application submissionApplicants must meet all of the requirements by the time of hireResponsibilitiesProviding outpatient services to patients with OCD and related conditions, including individual therapy and group therapy in an intensive outpatient settingsClinical supervision of psychiatry residents in CBT and exposure-based therapyParticipating in teaching, supervision and assessment of traineesParticipating in assessments and interventions for research studies and working on scholarly projects with other members of the departmentEngaging in innovation and improvements in clinical, research, and educational programsParticipating in departmental, university, and public serviceApply online at , with a CV and a statement of contributions to diversity.The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $97,300-$297,200. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
