We are hiring an Engine Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate customer service requests for natural gas and diesel engines and generators.

Field Service Dispatcher Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of dispatching is a service industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and can handle high-pressured situations

Field Service Dispatcher Strongly Preferred Experience:

• A strong mechanical aptitude
• Spanish speaking skills

Field Service Dispatcher Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise generator and engine repairs in the field
• Schedule technicians to expedite repairs
• Coordinate parts orders and component repair
• Monitor field service expenses and technician overtime
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders
