The Rental Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching field technicians to job sites and other branch locations as needed out of Houston, Texas.

As the Rental Dispatcher, you will be the point of contact for customers, sales reps, and branch locations regarding the status of equipment repairs, deliveries, and pick-ups in Houston, Texas.

Rental Dispatcher Responsibilities Include:

• Continuous communication with customers, sales team, branches, field technicians and haul drivers
• Open, review, and close work orders
• Daily updates for SmartSheet
• Dispatch haul trucks and field technicians
• Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders

Rental Dispatcher Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• In-office: Houston, Texas (77092)

Rental Dispatcher Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Previous dispatch experience
• Forklift experience
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers
