Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position Pep Boys as the consumers leading choice for auto services.
- Directly responsible for developing creative assets used in marketing campaigns across various channels and oversee a team of creative resources who assist in building assets.
- Oversee the creative process and a creative team from concept development to execution, ensuring all deliverables are on time.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance and feedback to the team ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep creative strategies innovative.
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages team members to share ideas, experiment with new approaches and push creative boundaries.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage various AI tools to enhance workflow, streamline processes and improve the quality of creative outputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related fields with equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in creative leadership role, preferably within a retail or automotive industry.
- Portfolio showcasing range of creative projects across various mediums including digital, print, social media and video.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photo shop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
