About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its global Private Markets Tax Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for in-house tax oversight, coordination, tax accounting, and advisory support for the private markets tax platform. This includes overseeing tax compliance and advisory for the company's various investment products, with a focus on infrastructure funds and carried interest partnerships. The role involves working closely with the global private markets tax team and requires a high level of proficiency in the taxation of investment partnerships, carried interest, and US tax compliance. The candidate should be a highly organized individual with the ability to communicate complex tax issues effectively and work with cross-border and multidisciplinary teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a CPA preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of tax accounting experience in the investment management industry. A background with an asset manager or Big 4 accounting firm is essential. The role demands a candidate with in-depth knowledge of US tax compliance, and experience in infrastructure tax is a plus. The Vice President will also be involved in developing and monitoring tax-related processes, supporting client relations, and sales and marketing teams with investor communications.
