In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting lead proxy voting analysts in portfolio company analysis, engagement, and voting processes. You will leverage your deep understanding of sector dynamics, such as economic performance, financial resilience, corporate strategy, governance, and sustainability practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing for and leading engagement meetings, applying engagement priorities and voting policies, and contributing to the development of insightful position papers. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with the team to enhance business processes and ensure effective implementation of corporate governance policies. Key Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field 3-5 years of experience in a consumer or technology-focused role Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance Excellent communication skills Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Genuine interest in corporate governance and sustainable business practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
