We handle small to large and difficult projects. Due to demand and growth for our services, we are looking to add a Senior Civil Estimator to the team! This is NOT a (remote) or (hybrid) position. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. To express interest or verify qualifications, email recruiter directly at bruce.valdez@cybercoders.com.What You Will Be Doing-Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and industrial construction projects, including site work, earthwork, underground utility, private, and multifamily projects-Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness-Research and source materials and labor costs-Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines-Continuously monitor project progress and update estimates as needed-Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure compliance with project specificationWhat You Need for this Position- No less than 10 years of experience estimating dirt work and underground utilities - water, sanitary sewer, and storm on private and industrial projects- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)- Experience with dirt work and/or wet utilities - Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project- Familiarity with estimating softwares: HCSS, Heavy Bid, Agtek, Excel- Project fiscal responsibility- Strong oversight abilitiesBenefitsWhat's In It for You- Competitive base salary $140-160k+ based off experience- Medical/Dental/Vision- 401k- PTO- Company sponsored events- HolidayFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
