Location: Nashville Metro Area
Travel Required: 40% Monthly
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Position Overview:
Our client, a PE-backed manufacturing company, is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company and play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a finance leader who can manage the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable with significant travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and industry best practices.
- Lead financial initiatives related to mergers & acquisitions, capital planning, and operational improvements.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and long-term capital planning.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to align financial goals and performance metrics.
- Regularly present financial reports and performance analysis to the board and investors.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- Extensive experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the manufacturing industry, especially within PE-backed companies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, financial management, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in financial planning, strategy development, and capital management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% monthly for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Base salary ranging from $275,000 to $325,000 per year, depending on experience.
