Responsibilities
- Be an integral team member for specialized healthcare/TI projects, contributing to the preparation of documentation while enhancing collaboration and respecting client budgets.
- Work collaboratively with clients, project consultants, and governing agencies to develop complete construction documents.
- Integrate technical knowledge and code compliance into a fully coordinated set of drawings, for both permitting, bid, and construction documentation.
- Assist with city permitting processes, with guidance from the project manager.
- Understand and execute creative direction while bringing your own strong architectural sensibilities.
- Bring a knowledge of care environments, including medical planning, equipment coordination, and/or space planning.
- The selected candidate will provide mentorship to junior staff in areas such as Revit.
Qualifications
- For this position, they require 3-9 years of experience in healthcare & tenant improvement projects. (HCAI/OSHPD experience not required, but a plus!)
