Position: Director of Revenue Operations
Overview: Since 1977, Echelon Supply and Service has been a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications throughout the world. Echelon Supply and Service is currently seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our team.

Job Summary: This position fully supports Echelon's USA sales efforts. This includes planning and executing sales strategies to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration. Duties include creating, developing, execute and train commercial team on CRM dashboards and tools, provide general support to sales, be the liaison between sales and the business. Develop, establish, and govern sales processes that address goal setting, lead pipeline management, sales force effectiveness, goal attainment, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Sets the standard for professionalism within the sales team, building and maintaining quality relationships within the team at all levels. Be the catalyst toward driving market share through a commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and an understanding of the business environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, develop and troubleshoot reports, custom objects and processes in our preferred CRM system
  • Support sales team by assisting with CRM report customization, ERP system requests and PowerBI reports as needed. Assist with any follow-up communication from the sales team and deliver accurately and on time
  • Schedule, host and record webinar meetings as needed
  • Work closely with HR to effectively onboard new sales team employees. Build out an onboarding program
  • Be a "process" driver. Work to simplify, standardize, and drive all processes throughout our organization
  • Track, load, and monitor customized customer communications throughout the year
  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling online CRM training and all tools associated with CRM
  • Work with Sales teams two times per year, shadow
  • Build and foster a culture and work environment that reinforces the "Echelon Way". This includes working as a team with the outside & inside sales team, sales regions, and all Echelon functions. Must be responsive
  • Manage, measure, and report results against sales KPIs for areas such as sales coverage, sales productivity, sales funnel health, revenue and margin goal setting and attainment, customer acquisition, customer spend, customer retention, customer experience, customer lifetime value, and customer satisfaction. Evaluate performance against customer satisfaction, provide leadership for performance enhancement and issue resolution, and allocate resources as needed to ensure customer expectations are met. Support the sales team on all things related to customer experience
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast. Analyze the market and current business performance. Understand the business environment of local / regional / national markets
  • Team up with marketing and attend conferences and other relevant networking events
  • Collaborate with senior leadership during the annual planning process to set the sales plan by month and annual. Effectively engage with other functional areas across the business

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing or equivalent experience required. Mater's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience and 5+ years of working with or in a highly functioning sales team
  • Experience with prospecting (i.e., hunting) and managing current accounts (i.e., farming) as well as CRM experience
  • Willing to travel occasionally,
  • Industrial Hose related experience is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM software, and other sales enablement tools. Must be highly proficient in all Word tools

  • Ability to drive organizational change. Promote and lead teams and individuals through business changes
