The Job
  • Master Calendar Management: Coordinate the principals' daily schedules, meetings, and appointments with impeccable precision.
  • Top-Notch Communication: Prepare and edit high-quality correspondence, presentations, and documents, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Seamless Travel Coordination: Plan intricate travel itineraries for both domestic and international trips, covering flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Efficient Office Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the office, from supplies and equipment to maintenance and vendor management.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you're adept at drafting clear, concise, and impactful written communications.
