About the Role

The Company is excited to invite applications for the role of Vice President of Finance and Accounting. This senior-level position is crucial in steering both personal and operational financial reporting, asset management, and ensuring income tax compliance and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring financial acumen, engage effectively with banks, legal advisors, and investors, and oversee the financial performance of a diversified portfolio of assets.

This role will also include:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial statements
• Establishing and managing budgets
• Evaluating and implementing best practices in financial processes
• Managing a 401K plan and other employee benefits in collaboration with HR

We seek candidates with 8-10 years of accounting and finance experience, ideally within a family office or real estate/hospitality context. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, and possession of a CPA or advanced degree is preferred. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and management, along with a solid understanding of tax regulations, will set you apart. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
