About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Finance to join our team. This key leadership position will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the Foundation by guiding the development and implementation of our strategic plan. You will take the helm in operational planning and ensuring that our resources align effectively with our strategic goals. Your engagement with the Board of Directors, University Leadership, and key stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships that support the Foundation's mission.

As a financial leader, you will manage the Foundation's finances, oversee the annual budget, and ensure that our financial reporting and forecasting are transparent and tailored to meet stakeholder needs. Ideal applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. A comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP is essential. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.

Preferred qualifications include a CPA or MBA and experience with non-profit financial systems.
