Hematology/Oncology Physician

Our client in Tehama County, CA is in need of a Hematology/Oncology Physician for a locum assignment! Job details: * All aspects of Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and Treatment of Hematology/ Oncology Patients * MD oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services * Infusion Center requires MD onsite for all treatments * Infusion Center provides Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy, Antibiotic Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis injections, and Therapeutic Phlebotomies. * Required Procedures: N/A. Bone Marrow Biopsies are referred to outside provider * EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion) * Support Staff: 1- clinic RN, 2-MAs, 2-front office clerks, 1-quality analyst/billing, and 3 infusions RNs. * Reason for Coverage: Locums one year is up Job Requirements: * Board Certification Oncology AND Hematology preferred. Will consider Board Eligible.
