This internship is a hands on, immersive summer program designed to provide students with the exposure, experience and development needed to launch a successful career at CONMED. Program highlights include networking with senior leaders and recent college graduates, feedback and coaching, cross-functional networking opportunities, and more!
CONMED's Talent Acquisition team focuses on attracting and recruiting talented, diverse candidates to deliver business growth and innovation globally. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner with our team to gain exposure to recruitment strategies, best practices and procedures. You will learn how to utilize recruitment software including, Workday, Phenom People CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others to explore a career in the talent acquisition field.

Intern Responsibilities:
- Learn and implement CONMED's University Recruiting strategy, utilizing tools such as Handshake to connect with students and career centers.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies for commercial roles, including crafting and sending email campaigns and sourcing messages to prospective candidates.
- Partner with local universities to build and nurture relationships, enhancing our presence and engagement on campuses.
- Enhance our careers website by adding fresh content and blogs, making it a dynamic resource for potential candidates.
- Provide insightful reporting and updates on recruitment and email campaign results, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Position Requirements:
- Pursuing completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in the United States with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - December 2029
- Must be available to work remotely, full-time (Monday - Friday) throughout the summer internship program (May 19, 2025- August 8, 2025)
- Must be located within 50 miles of a CONMED site or be willing to relocate at your own expense (Largo, FL, Utica, NY, or Denver, CO).
- Expected travel 0-20%
Preferred Requirements:
- Pursuing completion of a degree focused in business administration, marketing, human resources, or similar preferred
- Former internship in the HR field
