We're searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in the identification, development, and evaluation of growth practices within the Firm. This role will drive business development initiatives, support sales coaching for subject matter experts (SMEs), develop partnerships with service lines to identify areas of growth and coordinate the training of development programs.

What you will do in this role:
- Identify and generate new qualified leads through a variety of channels, including networking, cold/warm calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
- Drive the sales pipeline by initiating and maintaining ongoing communication with potential clients, following up diligently to move them through the sales funnel.
- Support the closing of business deals by addressing client inquiries, demonstrating value, and assisting SMEs with proposal meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide support to SMEs to enhance their ability to engage with clients and prospects in a sales capacity.
- Ensure SMEs are confident and knowledgeable in the firm's sales process and guide them in tailoring messaging to resonate with target clients.
- Organize training sessions to address the business development needs of the Firm and the potential of facilitating an established purchased training program.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of team members to identify areas for improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the existing training material library, making suggestions for updates and improvements based on evolving needs.
- Attend networking and business development events, referral meetings, and conferences to promote the growth of services provided by the Firm.
- Coordinate with the Training & Development team to implement and monitor effective training methods to drive growth and development.
- Collaborate across various organizational departments and work with cross-functional teams to execute goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of projects/business operations and/or subordinates as outlined in the Supervisory Responsibility section.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related experience.
- Proficient in CRM software, marketing analysis tools, and business development platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
