- Lead human resources management, including recruitment, support, and evaluation of instructional and support staff.
- Maintain professional standards through continuous development and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Adhere to hiring procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure best practices in student discipline.
- Oversee fiscal responsibilities and operational procedures, collaborating with district administrators.
- Maintain a safe learning environment, adhere to emergency preparedness plans, and communicate regularly with district leadership.
- Facilitate staff development and monitor implementation of instructional practices.
- Coordinate supervision for extracurricular activities and events, ensuring adherence to district policies.
- Utilize various data sources to inform decision-making and manage resources effectively.
- Lead human resources management, including recruitment, support, and evaluation of instructional and support staff.
- Deal sensitively and responsibly with the community, central office departments, and all internal and external customers.
