Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new hire processes, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and drug screens
  • Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
  • Update and maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee data processing
  • Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and human resources investigations
  • Track compliance with required training and ensure adherence to employment laws
  • Conduct research and analyze data for HR projects
  • Process HR forms and documents such as offer letters
  • Regularly review and revise job descriptions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • At least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or in a similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
