Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and will manage a wide range of tasks, covering many aspects of day-to-day HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding, data entry HRIS system updates, leaves, benefits, report generation, and compliance. This position will be onsite. Local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of bachelors in human resources, business administration, or related field required
  • At least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Must Speak/Write Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Preferred to be from the Victoria, TX Region
  • Experience working in an industrial setting is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM or other HR certifications.
