Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing our company's marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Director of Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans across the various channels, including digital, social media, email, print and events. The Director of Marketing will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns. The Director of Marketing will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Director of Marketing duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, provide guidance, mentorship and performance management to ensure team's success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, sales and Human Resources to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets and promotional items
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, optimize strategies and report on ROI
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and innovation


Experience/Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and ROI
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment


Preferred Skills:

  • Three (3) years of management experience


Hours:

The Director of Marketing is a full time position and works a minimum of 40 hours per week

Salary/Income:

The Director of Marketing is an exempt, salaried position
