CAS is currently seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for our Strategic Initiatives team. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Summary:

The CAS Strategic Initiatives Project Manager is responsible for providing program management for cross-functional planning, tracking, execution, and reporting across the full spectrum of global-reaching PMO initiatives. This position will report to the Strategic Initiatives Leader with dotted-line responsibilities to support the CAS CFO. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, foundational knowledge of program management practices, experience with automated project tracking systems, as well as demonstrated experience successfully leading teams through influence.

Job Accountabilities:
  • Collaborates with Strategic Initiatives (SI) leader to recommend, develop and implement processes, alignment strategies and effective prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet strategic goals.
  • Provides administrative assistance and coordinates special projects for SI.
  • Convenes project teams and facilitates meetings that drive project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes to measure value and inform future planning.
  • Serves as liaison for SI invoices and budgets; assigns tasks as needed for accruals and reconciliations
  • Collaborates across ACS on mutually beneficial opportunities where appropriate.
  • Creates and maintains project budgets, manages contract approvals, conducts ROI assessments, including detailed tracking and reporting of costs.
  • Communicates across the SI functions to help ensure consistency and alignment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of program/project management experience, preferably within a PMO environment
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated program management capabilities
  • Self-motivated influencer with strong communications skills and the ability to inspire others
  • Proven analytical skills to drive data-informed, results-based outcomes
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Enthusiastic contributor with ability to rally self and teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing contracts, detailed budgets and reporting
