DescriptionWe are seeking a leader for the Quality Engineering organization for Commerce & Pricing. This role will oversee a team of 15 full time employees responsible for qualifying server APIs powering our media services to user interfaces that deliver the best services to our customers.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of developing people, processes, and teams. You should have a history of driving quality through tools, systems, and automation, and possess a strong background in software development. Additionally, you are a team player who is eager to collaborate and build partnerships with other quality and engineering organizations.
Minimum Qualifications5 years experience leading quality teams.Experience testing server-side systems.Experience planning and leading software release cycles.Experience of improving quality through process and automation.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.Experience establishing a culture that continuously strives towards best practices.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,400 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
