TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Program Manager to lead key operations in support of the Peace Corps. The Program Manager will serve as the primary authority both virtually and on-site, working closely with senior management in the Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection (VRS).

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Contractor's representative and authority, managing key aspects of program execution both virtually and on-site.
  • Use project management dashboards and workforce management tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Utilize Power BI and other CRM tools, telephony software, and dashboards to refine leads, support recruitment activities, and assist with inquiries.
  • Provide training, conduct briefings, and offer ongoing assistance to ensure smooth project operation.
  • Professionally brief VRS senior management on project status, recruitment activities, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to contract requirements and timely completion of project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (no specific field required).
  • Five (5) years of managerial experience, with a focus on recruiting and program management.
  • Proficient in project management dashboards and workforce management tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, CRM systems, and telephony software.
  • Expertise in lead refinement, training, and briefing senior management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations to senior management.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in the US Peace Corps recommended.

Background Investigation:

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
