2 years of job-related work experience
Required Work Experience:
3 years of Human Resources Experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Good judgment skills. Attention to detail. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar skills. Effective organizational and customer service skills. Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others. Analytical or critical thinking skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

Microsoft Office.

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for daily administration of all types of employee leaves of absence and providing customer service to these employees and their management.
- Prepare and review reports to verify data accuracy and make corrections as necessary. Maintains employee records, electronic logs, and analyzes reports and makes decisions based on the analysis.
- Develop communication tools to assist employees with understanding of company leave of absence processes.
- Consults and assists Employee Relations with ADA reasonable accommodations.
