Overview The Senior Specialist for Enablement & Third-Party Risk Management primarily qualifies third parties, conducts third-party risk analysis, and ensures compliance with procurement policies and procedures for the Supply Chain organization at Con Edison. The Senior Specialist also supports Third-Party Risk Management program design, development, execution, enhancements, automations, change management, and relationship management with both internal customers and third parties. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Review, qualify, and enable third parties for procurement transactions with Con Edison Supply Chain organization in support of five business day third-party review cycle time goal. Support Third-Party Risk Management program design, development, execution, enhancements, automations, change management, and relationship management with both internal customers and third parties. Perform third-party name change process in collaboration with Law and Supply Chain Contract Strike Team. Receive and apply Agile training and apply Agile approach to all work practices to reduce cycle time and improve overall internal customer experience. Seek and apply real-time feedback from teammates, internal customers, and third parties. Become highly proficient in Oracle EBS and KY3P applications. Review and process third party certificates of insurance. Liaise with Supply Chain managers, buyers, business users, and other stakeholder teams to satisfy pending requests. Liaise with internal customers, ensuring minimal disruption to customer service during third-party approval process. Be available to perform off-hour emergency buyer functions, some of which may require working extended or non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays. Be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers. Performs other related tasks and assignments as required. Qualifications Required Education/Experience High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant work expereince or Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience Relevant Work Experience Microsoft 365 Required Oracle EBS or similar enterprise resource planning tool Required Risk management best practices Required Agile, Scrum, or Rapid Results work practices Required KY3P or similar third-party risk management tool Preferred Licenses And Certfications Driver's License Required Physical Demands Must push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds Must sit or stand to answer a phone for entire shift Must sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for entire shift Must be able to read small print and symbols. Additional Physical Demands Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
