We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Responsibilities: • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements • Buy materials for the office when necessary • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information Qualifications: • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $15 hourly
