As Drive continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate Director of Sales Enablement to lead new hire onboarding, manage daily sales office operations, and continuously support our sales team. You'll develop and deliver training that equips Business Developers to succeed while overseeing the productivity, structure, and culture of the office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead new hire onboarding and ongoing training on prospecting, lead management, and cold calling.
  • Manage office productivity, structure, and team morale; lead morning meetings and oversee Salesforce processes.
  • Handle office budget, spending, and purchasing; maintain a high-energy, goal-focused culture.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, set actionable goals, and drive individual performance improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report Business Developer performance; work with leadership to refine sales strategy.
  • Partner with Account Management for upsell training and align cross-office communication.
  • Optimize sales processes, resolve system issues, and adapt training materials as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on cold calling-must be comfortable hopping on the phones and leading by example.
  • Previous management experience, particularly with early career sales talent.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to motivate teams toward their goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a strong ability to navigate high-stress situations, conduct difficult conversations, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail, proactive thinking, and a commitment to follow-through.
  • Independent work ethic with excellent time management, able to balance proactive actions and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when necessary to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Consultative selling experience, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Experience with high-ticket sales to small/medium-sized businesses.
  • A track record of building a winning culture and turning underperforming teams into top performers.
