Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from requisition through the offer letter. Maintain communication and reporting with hiring managers at every step of the process. Maintain the UKG Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System.
  • Maintain accurate data, including I-9 forms, in the HRIS and supply reports as needed. Manage the visa program for non-US born employees.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job progression materials across the organization.
  • Manage the internship program from recruiting to programs. This recruiting pipeline typically has 60+ summer interns and offers a wide variety of training and development opportunities for the participants.
  • Manage the career fairs including recommending which to attend, coordinating with internal alumni, creating and supplying marketing materials, organizing resumes and applicants, and arranging interviews.
  • Counsel supervisors and employees on company policies and procedures in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
  • Support and back-up all other human resources functions including but not limited to performance and compensation management, payroll department coordination, LMS, benefits, wellness, compliance, and training and development.
  • Respond to emails in the HR mailbox in a timely manner as a back-up to the HR Generalist.
  • Support and create new programs and initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate will have these qualifications:

  • Experience and familiarity with software applications including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
  • A strong command of the English language, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Ultipro/UKG, especially the Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding modules
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations
