Position Overview:The Director of Growth is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Growth Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the business.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Customer Acquisition and Retention
    • Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, partnerships, etc.).
    • Develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  4. Revenue Growth
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
  5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
  6. Performance Measurement
    • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
    • Regularly report on growth performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Innovation and Experimentation
    • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to test new ideas and approaches.
    • Implement a rigorous testing framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  8. Partnerships and Alliances
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth.
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with growth objectives.

Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
    • Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
