What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of Growth Marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders including Sales team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for CRM and all email marketing efforts. Proactively stay current with the latest CRM, Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Automation trends, to provide innovative recommendations.
  • Database management activities; protect and grow the marketing databases including cleanliness and maintaining quality leads.
  • Targeting and list segmentation, marketing automation triggers, flows and lists, A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Email campaign set-up, landing page set-up, deployment of emails. Including creating HTML emails from scratch and update templates. Draft email copy and subject lines as required. Future may include SMS.
  • Comply fully with all privacy, confidentiality, marketing permissions, data security and other requirements related to the handling, access and storage of customer data.
  • Plan, execute and evaluate prospecting, nurture and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Design targeted nurture campaigns to educate, engage and convert prospects across the funnel.
  • Regularly monitor email performance data and analyze results for success (meeting objectives, ROI), areas of optimization, building reports, dashboards and presentations.
  • Analyze campaign data to share actionable insights and opportunities with sales team and improve engagement and performance.
  • Assist in management of our marketing tech stack - from our marketing automation platform to data enrichment. Including oversight of technical integrations with CRM and other martech stack initiatives.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and A/B testing preferably in a B2C environment
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and other KPI analysis/tracking
  • Experience in database management, cleanup and list segmentation
  • Good understanding of acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Yardi, etc., creative software and MS office.
  • Excellent written and analytic skills and demonstrated track record of developing creative solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and segmentation strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
