Sr. Human Resources Generalist
As the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Betts Company, you will lead our company to continued success by managing the performance of daily HR functions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting people operations including employee lifecycle, relations, and administration of strategic initiatives. You will make an impact by enhancing performance success, revolutionizing employee development strategies, and driving value-focused culture accountability.

Confidently provide expert-level HR knowledge to drive and execute equitable HR practices

Successfully manage and support internal teams with day-to-day functions including onboarding, ER, payroll, LOA, WC, benefits, talent management, and policy implementation

Lead a positive employee development experience through performance accountability

Serve as a trusted people partner to support the leadership team and employee workforce
To Qualify For This Role, Some Of The Considerations Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Bilingual in Spanish is required

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals

Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll processing, recruitment, and HR compliance

Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity or similar platforms
-
Proficiency in MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
