Corporate Legal Assistant

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Assist attorneys with all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, financing, and securities offerings.
Prepare, proofread, edit, and review legal transactional documents
Conduct legal research on relevant corporate law issues.
Prepare and file corporate documents with state and federal agencies.
Manage due diligence processes, including document collection and review.
Assist with closing binders and prepare UCC agreements.
Perform legal research
Maintain accurate and organized corporate records.
Assist with attorney timekeeping, billing, expense reports
Assist with managing deadlines and closing binders
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
Qualifications:
Associates, Bachelor Degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law.
Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
