During the first 4 weeks, staff are expected to complete all trainings, complete the competency assessment, and take the RBT exam. Following the training period, staff will be expected to bill 28 hours within a 40-hour work week. This may be a combination of clinic and in home sessions. Staff will also be expected to complete other indirect work such as entering data, updating paperwork, cleaning/organizing, and attending supervisions and trainings.
