A newer product in the EMRge suite that we are launching to all client teams in 2025 is our Predictive Planning product, which transforms the way our media operators and clients plan, forecast, and optimize their media investment and mix strategies.About the Role:We are looking for a fearless Director of Engineering to join our Measurement and Technology Solutions team at a fast-growing company focused on our measurement products - EMRge Modern MMM+ and Predictive Planning. In this role you will be responsible for leading our Product Engineering practice that consists of a cross-functional team spanning Engineering and Data Science practices, creating innovative technology across our proprietary measurement products. You and your team will be accountable for building scalable data, software, modeling, and front-end solutions for both internal teams and external clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate has experience in measurement or data-centric products, a passion for leading and growing world class development teams and delivering highly scalable, productized, and innovative technology to clients.Responsibilities:Cultural Impact & Operational Excellence:Create a culture of excellence and ownership by developers, driving innovation, accountability, and alignment with business goals.Own, drive, and execute a long-ranging technical vision and strategy for your products across both engineering and data scienceDevelop and drive Agile, dev ops, and security best practices, creating a high functioning and efficient teamsOversee and drive individual and team performance with and through your engineering and data science leadership teamDrive great work through accountability, clear expectation setting, and unlocking team membersDelivery, Scale, & Innovation:Accountable for on-time delivery of our Product and Engineering roadmaps aligned with our strategic goals including building a strong partnership with our Product and Scrum leaders to ensuring alignment of the work to business prioritiesDirect oversight for our technologies, tools, and infrastructure including technology selection, cost budgeting, and overall scaleContribute to our product roadmaps and enable our strategic directionLead cross-product technical discussions to enable our teams to integrate their solutions into our EMRge Martech SuiteParticipate in our Center of Excellence model, enabling continuous technical learning, creating innovation technical solutions to wide ranging issues, and building our quarterly Engineering RoadmapImprove & Grow Our Team:Lead leaders by directly developing Engineering Managers, Lead Engineers, and Data Science Leads in core competencies including use of our ELEVATE Leadership PlatformProvide and drive team members mentoring, training and other opportunities for professional development to build world class Engineers and Data ScientistsRecruit & retain outstanding diverse engineering talent by fostering an inclusive culture that inspires & motivatesElevate our brand locally and nationally by attending local networking events, recruiting opportunities, and content creationRequirements:9+ years of hands-on management, leading product development teams including directly managing engineering managers and technical leadsProven track record of leading cross-functional development teams in scaling software and/or measurement productsStrong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal communication skills working with variety of roles including marketing, product management, support and sales engineeringDemonstrated ability to attract and retain top, diverse talent and develop high performing, engaged teamsAbility to communicate clearly and lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients & executivesExperience successfully delivering scalable Products in a high velocity, customer environmentPreferred:Experience working with marketing and customer data in the measurement spaceData Science & Analytics background, Bayesian experience preferredExperience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)Experience data and systems architectureExperience implementing world class dev opsPay TransparencyAt Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.
