PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler to support our government customer, in St. Inigoes, MD and remotely (2 days/week telework).

Duties & Responsibilities: The PSI Pax Project Scheduler interacts with program and project personnel to collectively analyze program data, project risks, costs, schedule, and resource variances to inform the development of various project artifacts (e.g., Project Cost Reports, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Earned Value Management (EVM) measurements). Specific duties include:

  • Build/Develop, detailed plans or refine Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) utilizing various program/project documentation and team input.
  • Review or evaluate project requirements such as Statements of Work (SOW), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and coordinates the scale of need for program/project schedules with relevant information.
  • Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various GPLs, IPTs, and stakeholders.
  • Track program/project status and schedules routinely utilizing various forms of communication available (MS Teams, Zoom, in-person, email, and phone).
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and present driving/critical path tasking to GPLs.
  • Analyze schedule data related to the program, project, or process at hand utilizing MS Project.
  • Format and communicate schedule information and data using MS Office applications and OnePager Pro.
  • Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, data management, and metrics.
  • Support NAVAIR programs/projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as schedule product/process configuration management control.


Required Qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in developing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Experience with project scheduling using the MS Project Scheduling tool.
  • Proficient in coordinating project schedules.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoD project management lifecycle, Naval Aviation platforms, systems engineering, and H/W & S/W development.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency, specifically MS Project.
  • US Citizenship is required per government contract.
  • Ability to obtain Secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMI-SP, Microsoft Scheduling Certificate or PMP
  • Earned Value Management training and/or experience.
  • Project Server Certification or experience.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online (SPO)
  • Familiarity with Navy ERP

Education Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance or Financial. OR,
  • An AS or AA degree plus an additional four (4) years of experience; OR
  • HS degree plus an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
