The Senior Director of Growth will be a key leader for our new business efforts. The role is to drive the overall effectiveness and success of our new business activity across OMG and our global agency brands (OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science). This role is integral to the growth of our business globally and in the US. This fast paced, challenging and dynamic role offers the chance to experience all facets of OMG. The Senior Director will support the execution of our new business efforts, engaging with key partners and senior leaders within the OMG network to understand business context and areas for opportunity for a given client or prospect.
This individual will be expected to understand the breadth of OMG's capabilities as well as their application to prospective clients' businesses. This person needs to be an engine of new business activity, leading global pitches, supporting regional and local new business teams, maintaining and evolving effective pitch processes, as well as coordinating with senior leaders and new business teams.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$150,000-$180,000 USD

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation of high-caliber content for RFIs, RFPs and pitch presentations
- Pitch leadership covering all aspects of the new business process including identifying suitable talent, writing and editing content, and delivering a winning presentation on pitch day
- Coordinate pitch approach including managing logistics
- Review, edit and provide feedback to pitch team members how to strengthen their content and presentation delivery
- Follow and enhance the OMG global new business processes, including following best practices and sharing key learnings
- Aid in development of approach and strategies for key prospects
- Establish strong professional relationships with agency senior leaders
- Work in close partnership with the agency's creative services team to develop high-impact, excellent quality presentations and collateral
- Partner with all required stakeholders (Finance, Investment, etc.) as required, ensuring a lock-step relationship to drive a faultless product
- Support with growth and development of junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in the marketing / advertising industry
- Must have experience within an agency business development environment
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Hands-on approach to managing both processes and people
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, take direction and constructive criticism
- Ability to both lead and be part of a team
- Ability to anticipate project needs and discern work priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to keep a positive attitude and provide direction, especially during periods of challenging circumstances
- Passion and drive for providing an exceptional product and experiences
- Have a cooperative attitude in working with individuals at all agency levels
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and industry new business tools (COMvergence, RECMA, etc.)
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed
