Electronic Assembler

Staffmark has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company in Columbus, OH, and we are looking for an Electronic Assembler to join their team. This temp-to-hire position is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the industry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with wiring and soldering
• Minimum of 1 year of electronic assembly experience
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

Shift Details:

• Pay: $17 - $22 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, with flexibility to work between 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday

As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for gluing sub-assemblies using 2-part epoxy, performing general mechanical assembly with hand, powered, or pneumatic tools, and integrating PCBs and other electronic components into Bertec products. Your role will also involve soldering wiring to PCB boards, assembling wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies, and calibrating and testing products. Additionally, you will handle physical components, which may require lifting up to 70 lbs., or up to 140 lbs. with team assistance.
