Job Title: Experience Design (Local to Portland, OR)

The Experience Design Consultant role at Slalom is integral to enhancing our client's capabilities in the design and implementation of their Partner Relationship Management portal.

What You'll Do:
Design Leadership: Lead the Experience Design for the PRM portal build, ensuring an intuitive and user-centric approach that aligns with the client's needs and objectives.
Technical Implementation: Utilize D365 and Power Pages to implement the PRM solution effectively, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts, enabling rapid feedback and refinement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience insights into the project development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of the Experience Design space and driving the project forward with minimal supervision.
Project Management: Run meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate tasks to ensure project milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
Client Engagement: Engage with the client to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the design process.

What You'll Bring:
Technical Background: Strong technical understanding and experience with PRM solutions, including implementation and customization using D365 and Power Pages.
Experience Design: Proven experience in leading Experience Design efforts, with a portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, and design solutions.
Power Pages Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Power Pages, including design, development, and implementation.
Rapid Adaptability: Ability to quickly ramp up on new projects and technologies, adapting to changing requirements and constraints.
Independent and Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead design initiatives, and drive projects forward.
Meeting Facilitation: Experience running effective meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $70/hour to $75/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
