Position Overview

As a Video Producer you will play a role in driving creative approach and creating compelling video content that communicates our cybersecurity solutions, brand messaging, and thought leadership to our audience. You will be responsible for directing and managing the full lifecycle of video production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that our visual storytelling is engaging, informative, and aligned with our overall marketing strategies. We are looking for agency-quality video production capabilities and experience, including the creation of highly impactful commercials to capture the company's groundbreaking cybersecurity solutions.

Job Scope:

As a Video Producer at ThreatLocker, your responsibilities will include:

• Video Production: Direct and manage on-site or studio shoots, working with talent, videographers, and production teams to ensure high-quality video content. Operate video, lighting, and sound equipment as needed. We expect most of the production work to be done in-house, with additional talent to contract out as needed.
• Post-Production: Lead the post-production process, including video editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color correction, ensuring a polished final product that meets brand standards.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and effectively communicating project status and updates to stakeholders. • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with broader content strategies, including social media, websites, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest video production techniques, cybersecurity industry trends, and best practices for video content creation and distribution on various platforms.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all video content adheres to cybersecurity standards and guidelines, protecting sensitive company and client information throughout the production process.

Required Qualifications:

• Executive producer experience
• Experience in leading video concept development and production
• Extensive experience with motion graphics and motion effects
• Proficient in video editing software
• Knowledge of camera and lighting equipment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
