Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls the activities of the Waste Management Department including Environmental Services equipment and supplies, recycle program, and pest control. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Order supplies through HEMM online requisition.

Adds new items to eProcessing to replace old items.

Delivers supplies and equipment to the user departments in an efficient and timely manner.

Makes corrections, deletions, and adjustments to quantities of materials stocked in relation to the par level replenishment systems throughout the facility.

Checks all documents for accuracy prior to the processing of packing slips, follow up with back order report etc.

Restocks utilizing proper rotation, organization, identification, documentation and proper location of stock items

Maintains all areas of material storage in a neat and organized manner, utilizing proper rotation.

Properly handles and stores sterile supplies, maintaining sterility.

Maintains inventory and ordering records and/or cost records and periodically takes physical inventories andnotifies supervisor when necessary to reorder inventory in a timely manner.

Set delivery assignments for various locations to ensure that the correct quantity of materials is delivered in a timely manner

Rearranges stock to accommodate inventory movement; uses hand dollies and pallet jacks to move stock and equipment

Performs any duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
