About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Tax Compliance to enhance our tax department's capabilities. This pivotal role is focused on a diverse array of tax disciplines, including tax provision, international tax, state and local tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing, specifically concerning our US branch operations of a foreign corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate tax processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate actively within a team-oriented environment, addressing ad hoc requests related to the evolving tax landscape.
