JOB MISSION

Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking an engaging and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team, focusing on optimizing HR systems, fostering employee relationships, and ensuring compliance to support our growth objectives. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the COO, the Human Resources Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of Pacific Lifestyle Homes by driving operational efficiency and supporting business leaders in achieving organizational excellence.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We have an in person work culture with a general work schedule of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Manage HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and support overall business operations. Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and ensure HR processes remain efficient and effective.
  • Organizational Development & Culture: Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Human Resources Operations & Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations and team members, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Develop and implement efficient HR processes and systems to improve organizational performance and streamline HR functions. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with best practices and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Change Management & Organizational Adaptation: Lead change management efforts to ensure that HR practices and the overall organizational structure remain agile and responsive to changes in the business environment. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring that they are communicated clearly and implemented effectively. Support the organization's efforts to adapt to new challenges, regulatory changes, or shifts in the external environment by proactively adjusting HR strategies.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Establish HR metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and their impact on organizational performance. Regularly report to senior leadership on HR-related outcomes, including employee turnover, engagement, and performance metrics. Use data to drive decision-making and continuously improve HR practices and organizational strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • HR certification (SHRM and/or HRCI) required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of integrating HR strategy with business goals and organizational needs.
  • Experience in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations within mid-to-large organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR systems, processes, and policies to drive organizational performance and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR systems.


Salary Description

$80,000-$100,000 [Depending on Experience]
